The comic generally potrays him as an unthinking brute, too murder-happy to be concerned with the larger mechinations of the galaxy. Despite his seeming obsession with eradicating Jedi, he never actually manages to score a kill.

However, apparently he shares Dengar's fashion sense, so he's got that going for him.
